We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Email support@scentworld.ca with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first — items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, we'll send you a return shipping label (if applicable) and instructions on how and where to send your package.
Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to: 6156 Quinpool Road, Halifax, NS, Canada, B3L 1A3
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you — including a prepaid return label and a replacement or full refund.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. This ensures you receive your desired product as quickly as possible without waiting for the exchange process.

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item shipped, damaged item, etc.). In that case, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and refund the full order amount including original shipping.
For standard returns (change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise communicated by our team.
