Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. We ship coast to coast across Canada.

Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 hours of your order being placed, Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Rates

Delivery Timeframes

Typical delivery time is between 3 to 8 business days after shipping, depending on your location within Canada. Atlantic Canada orders may arrive sooner. Remote or rural addresses may require additional time.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Packages may experience delays beyond our control, such as carrier delays, weather events, or holiday volumes.

Shipping Carriers

We ship using reputable Canadian carriers including Canada Post and courier services. The carrier used will depend on your location and the fastest available service at the time of shipping.

Order Tracking

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking details. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Scent World Canada is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at support@scentworld.ca — we can only make changes before the order ships.

Damaged or Lost Packages

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right. For packages that appear lost in transit, please contact us at support@scentworld.ca and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

Large or Commercial Orders

For large commercial orders — such as bulk diffuser systems for hotels, restaurants, or retail spaces — shipping will be calculated and communicated to you directly before fulfillment. Please contact us at support@scentworld.ca or request a quote for large order shipping rates.
